📞 Incoming Call Routing (Server-Side)

Controls how incoming phone calls are routed to ElevenLabs AI on the server.

🌐 Mode 1: WebRTC Bridge

Incoming call → Dialog with WebRTC endpoint → Browser bridge handles ElevenLabs connection.

⚠️ Requires browser tab to stay open

🔌 Mode 2: WebSocket Server

Incoming call → Dialog with WebSocket endpoint → WS Server bridges to ElevenLabs.
